- Grill green chili, shallot and garlic until done.
- Peel off the dark skin of the cooked green chili, shallot and garlic.
- Pound the green chili, shallot and garlic together.
- Add salt and lime juice then pound until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Serve with boiled vegetables such as cabbages, pumpkin and cucumber etc.
